How Our Service Works

1. Uploading Photos and Selecting Templates
   Users upload their photos and choose templates for customization.
2. AI Model Fine-Tuning
   We create a temporary personalized copy of the AI model using your uploaded data.
3. Avatar Creation
   The model generates a personalized avatar based on your photo.
4. Automatic Deletion
   After avatar generation, both the uploaded photo and the retrained model are permanently deleted from our servers.
5. Usage Restrictions
   You are prohibited from uploading nude images or using photos of others without permission.
6. No Use for General AI Training
   We do not use any personal data for training other AI systems.
7. Content Moderation and Reporting
   We implement moderation tools, but if you encounter offensive content, please contact us at mojaffarhosainm120@gmail.com. Your reports help us improve our system.

Information We Collect

1. Platform Usage Data
   We collect data on how you interact with the app—what you view, edit, download, or share—so we can enhance features and usability.
2. Device and Log Data
   To ensure service quality, we collect information such as:
   • Device ID and model
   • Operating system version
   • IP address and language settings
   • Network type and service logs
   • Advertising ID (e.g., GAID)
3. Feedback Data
   If you contact us, we collect your message and contact info (email, phone) to assist you properly.
4. Facial Feature Recognition
   When using face-related features, we temporarily process key facial feature data (eyes, nose, mouth) for rendering purposes. We do not store or share this data. You must obtain consent if using others’ faces.
5. Cloud-Based Processing
   For better performance, some image/video processing occurs via cloud servers. Files are deleted after processing and not reused or shared.

Permissions

With your consent, we request access to:

• Storage: To save or access media during editing.
• Camera: To take photos and record videos.
• Internet: To access and download materials.

These permissions are optional and can be managed in your device settings. Granting access allows us to provide related features; revoking it limits only those features—not overall app usage.

Data Deletion
